HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Current processing time varies depending on item and size of your order, for a current processing time, please see individual listing. All packages are sent via USPS mail.
Upgraded USPS Priority shipping is also available (2 to 3 days shipping time). Priority shipping does not rush the Processing Time, only the shipping time.
If you need an item sooner, please contact me and I'll see if I can get it out earlier for you. Additional fee may apply.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All of our items are handcrafted and shipped from a clean smoke-free studio located in Springfield, PA. A suburbs of Philadelphia, PA.
WHAT KIND OF PAPER/VINYL DO YOU USE?
We use quality card stock, foil and glittered stock paper. Our glitter stock paper is sturdy and hardly sheds any glitter. If the paper sheds, the glitter used is non-toxic.
Our vinyl is made of quality materials from trusted suppliers.
ARE YOUR CAKE TOPPERS DOUBLE-SIDED?
Our glitter cake and cupcake toppers are single sided with a white back and adhered to a candy stick.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES, ETC.
Lost, stolen or delayed delivery packages are unfortunately out of my control once your order is in the possession of the USPS. Please contact USPS directly for more information on delayed or lost items.
Although rare, if an item arrives damaged it must be reported to me within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by a photo of the damaged item(s) AND packaging. I will take each instance on a case-by-case basis to find the best way to resolve the damaged product. Unfortunately I cannot offer any refunds for any lost or damaged mail.
RETURNS/EXHANGES
Since each item is custom made at the time of order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products.
